Hello! My name is Camilla and I teach yoga with recovery in mind. I have been a member of the 12 step fellowshipsince 1999 and I have had long term physical issues affecting both my knees. I have found that yoga has been an amazing tool to help me in my personal recovery and it has also helped my knee problems enormously. Yoga helps me to not only build up strength through regular practice,but I have also become much more flexible and supple. I believe that anyone, at whatever stage of their life, will find that regular yoga practice will benefit them emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I am a full time yoga teacher. I teach private clients and I also teach a Yoga Recovery class at the Hanover Centre, 33 Southover Street BN2 5UD, on Friday mornings from 8-9.15am (see my events page).
From Wednesday 2nd April, I will be teaching a regular yoga class at an exciting new venue which is part of Yellowave volleyball courts at 299 Madeira Drive on Wednesday evenings from 6.15-7.15pm Please contact me for more information.

Camilla’s blend of yoga with 12 step recovery was a real awakening for me. The combination of gentle postures, breathing techniques, meditative music and personal attention was fantstic and really set me up for the weekend.
Camilla is a patient, gentle and clear instructor who clearly loves what she does. I look forward to going again next week and making it a regular part of my recovery.
Camilla began teaching me in March 2013 and I’m amazed at my progress. I really like her pace, which suits me as a 53 year old male. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone new to yoga.
