  Amazing classes! Best yoga instructor I have ever been to! She provides excellent instructions and had a wide variety of postures for all levels. Not only does Alka bring her unique style but also a peaceful ambience.

  I went to a class while vacationing from Canada. Her basics are fine and safe. If you want a traditional spiritual, more in-depth instructor, I would go elsewhere.
