I am Yvonne Lovatt, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
I have recently relocated to Laughton, nr Gainsborough, Lincolnshire from Bedale, North Yorkshire where I was teaching for 11 years. I am now teaching from my beautiful home studio as well as in the local community.
I have practised yoga for over 25 years and love to share this wonderful practice with others, whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.
I teach in a relaxed and accessible way that empowers you to really listen to your body and move in a way that feels nourishing to you.
I truly believe that yoga is for everyone.
