Pukka Yoga

Yoga Teacher in London, Greater London

While living in the Philippines, I initially came to yoga with the aim of curing a lower back injury. Impressed by the immediate impact it had on my body, as well as my mind, it soon became an integral part of my life.

For 10 years, I have tried different types of yoga, starting from Ashtanga , which I relate to because of it’s discipline and core strengthening elements.

Teaching became a natural progression and so I travelled to India to train in traditional Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and Kriyas. I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Alliance UK Teacher.

Coming from a Nursing background, my approach to teaching is very hands on, concentrating on alignment, while encouraging you to find your own path.

Classes are Ashtanga Vinyasa based, increasing flexibility, building strength and improving posture. The flow is dynamic yet gentle, suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are already practising. The class will promote both physical and mental well-being, leaving you relaxed at the end of the session. Perfect way to start the week.
