Maripose Yoga was founded by Sasha Delaney. Sasha is a registered RYT200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK. She has trained in Hatha and Vinyasa with Laxmi Yoga and ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha Tantra and Ayurveda). She teaches Beginners Hatha, Hatha Flow & Restorative yoga. The emphasis on her classes is to help you feel refreshed and relaxed.
