Francesca Lily Yoga welcomes you all to group classes in a tranquil environment, to discover, learn, challenge, relax and immerse yourself in your yoga practice. All equipment provided, including positive thought cards and post-class herbal tea.
Francesca Lily is a Yoga Alliance Qualified teacher, in Hatha Yoga, with a style of Vinyasa Flow yoga. All classes are taught from beginner level, in order to improve your flexibility, strength, focus, fitness and allowing you to find the relaxing moments we all need.
Thursday evenings 7pm-8pm and 8.15pm-9.15pm
First welcome class £5

£65 stamp card of 10 classes and loyalty scheme offered to all
All abilities welcome.
