I am an experienced vinyasa flow teacher who has taught in London and internationally for the past 8 years.
My classes are filled with laughter, challenge and rooted in the traditions of the eight limbed path.
Having practiced from childhood I have integrated my learnings into a playful and focused teaching style.
Classes rage from basics to joyful flow to deep yin and restorative work.
I also specialise in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga and am a practicing Doula.
My teachers include, Manju Jois, Vijay Amir, Ana Forrest, Stewart Gilchrist, Amanda Denton and Paul Harvey of the Viniyoga dynasty.
