Creating an awesome community of fun and eclectic souls, all coming together to practice a variety of yoga and meditation, you walk into bliss when you walk into Oolong.
We offer a variety of yoga, ranging from Hatha, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, power yoga as well as meditation in a group class or privately. We like to compliment our classes with treatments such as deep tissue massage, Thai massage, reiki and acupuncture.
A 10 minute walk from Woodford Station (central line and 20 minutes from Liverpool Street), we are easily accessed from Buckhurst Hill, Chingford, Wanstead, Chigwell, Epping and Loughton.
