Yoga glow studio offers classes for Beginners, general Hatha Yoga classes for mixed ability. Gentle restorative for pregnancy, mums and babies, children and Teenagers. Our teachers have taken extensive training and have specialist skills offering Yoga as therapy for a range of chronic conditions and back care programmes, yoga for cancer and anxiety management.
