I came to yoga in January 2015 and immediately fell in love with the calming and invigorating effects of this discipline. You will find peace from the hustle and bustle of life in my mini studio in Beggarwood or during my group sessions. Cherry Yoga is a very enjoyable experience, it’s good to take time out for an hour or so to concentrate on myself. It’s fun, relaxing and informative.
I thoroughly enjoy my yoga sessions, the time goes so quickly. I am having a particularly stressful time at the moment and have been practising at home which has helped to relax me. I would never have known that Marzia had not been teaching yoga for very long she is so knowledgeable.
As a beginner, I was looking for a yoga session that would give me some exercise but mostly to overcome the natural stiffness of muscles and joints that comes with ageing. I was looking for a welcoming, friendly group where I would feel comfortable. It is also very important to me that the leader has the empathy to be able to push me at the right times but to recognise my limitations too. Yoga has a deeper dimension which is intrinsic to it. Marzia addresses this in a very straightforward way which enhances the sessions. I travel a little way to join these weekly sessions and it is well worth the effort. I would strongly recommend Cherry Yoga to anyone interested and expect some younger members of my family to start once exams are behind them.
