With extensive experience across a broad range of clients I offer not only your regular styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Flow and Yin, but also alternative classes such as Pre & Post Natal, “Mummy & Me”, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for the Elderly and Yoga for Weight loss across Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
I teach both private and group classes and I’m available to come to your home.
