My name is Shireen, I started Wholistica as I believe that health and happiness come from a balanced lifestyle, something which we lack in a busy city like London. I fully believe in the physical, mental and emotional benefits of a combined yoga, massage and life coaching service. I offer yoga classes, massages and life coaching to individuals, groups and corporates across London as a Wholistica approach to Wellness.
