My aim is to provide a welcoming and safe space to allow individuals to explore the practice of yoga. With a focus on postures, breathwork and relaxation to restore the mind, body & senses to equanimity.
I’m a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course Tutor holding the BWY Teacher Training Diploma (500hrs) and the BWY Yoga Nidra Teaching Certificate & include the practice of Yoga Nidra within some of my classes. I am fully insured and hold a First Aid at Work Certificate.
My teaching is inspired by annual visits to India (since 2014) to study with my teacher’s teacher Gurudev Shri Ojaswi Sharma, who was born into a Brahmin family of yogis in a village near Meerut in North India, Gurudev resided in Jaipur until his passing in January 2018.
