Lough Road Yoga holds yoga classes in a purpose built studio in Ballinderry.
They are suitable for all ages and abilities, including complete beginners and those with medical conditions.
I am a fully qualified Hatha Yoga, chair yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and vinyasa yoga teacher.
I am also trained in yoga therapy, I qualified in February 2017.
My studio holds 14, and I run weekly classes as well as baby massage, relaxation sessions and beginners courses.
All equipment provided.
