We’re a small friendly bunch who just love yoga (& generally anything healthy that makes us happy, peaceful & calm) & we’d love to meet you at our cosy countryside studio, nestled in the beautiful village of Elmhurst, just a short hop outside of Lichfield.
Our vision is to create a tranquil, non-judgemental, nurturing space to bring a sense of balance to busy lives. We want you to feel rejuvenated, strengthened, nourished & nurtured. No matter your ability or age, we will support & encourage you on your yoga journey.
We’ve got a whole heap of yoga classes from restorative to energising, and some private yoga sessions to help you hone & develop your practice. Our class numbers are small, maximum 12 persons, to ensure that you receive the support you deserve. We also run carefully selected workshops & retreats to compliment & deepen your practice & enhance your lifestyle. And we’ve even got a huge selection of holistic therapies for you to luxuriate in.
