Hello, my name is Alena and I am a fully qualified & Insured Yoga teacher and Holistic therapist.
I have been teaching in Derbyshire since 2015.
I share a monthly “Rest & Reset” RESTorative Yoga and “Root & Rise” Chakra based Yoga classes at Sage Yoga Studio. My sessions include body , breath & energetic awareness, posture (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and deeply relaxing guided relaxation.
