Alison is an Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha,Yoga Nidra, Pregnancy and Yin Yoga teacher with a particular interest in making yoga available to all! She has undertaken training to enable her to work with people living with Cancer and is continually studying to be the best teacher that she can possibly be. In addition to teaching yoga, Alison is a keen Dressage rider and her Yoga for Riders classes are popular with her fellow Equestrians.
Classes are upbeat, friendly, filled with compassion and open to all.
