Taught by two sisters; a 500 Yoga Alliance teacher having trained in London, India and Costa Rica and a 200 Yoga Alliance teacher trained in London and Costa Rica. Both fully insured. Both deeply passionate about the transformative and healing power of Yoga.
Sessions are open to all. Bring a towel, mat and water.
