Recently taken up yoga again after a very long break. Vicki has made it so easy to get back into. Suitable level of challenge with options to make movements easier or harder. Lovely yoga space, thoroughly recommended.
Excellent yoga session, suitable for any level, easier/harder options given. Classes are in a lovely candlelit room. With log fire in the winter. Highly recommend.
