Studio Britford is a mile from Salisbury in the village of Britford, set amongst water meadows providing lovely views from the Studio 360 degrees. A large bright studio with wooden floors and underfloor heating, changing room, shower and kitchen.
Yoga:
Tuesday: 9am – 10.30am & 6.30pm – 8pm
Thursday: 6.30pm – 8pm
Friday: 9am – 10am
There are weekly gong baths on a Sunday 11am and 7pm. There are all night gong puja on the solstice in June and December and March and September on the equinox.
Regular breathwork sessions are held on Sundays.
All day weekend workshops include: Trance Dance, Breathwork and yoga.
We have events such as drumming evenings, ecstatic dance and kieran.
