TotalLife108 was founded in March 2017 and its classes are dedicated in sharing a love of the practice, the philosophy and the transformative power of yoga. Held in a comfortable studio on the edge of Billericay, the classes are affordable, friendly, relaxed and non-judgemental and focus on technique and breath whilst moving through a series of postures to develop strength, flexibility and serenity.
