The Yoga Tree Studio is in the idyllic setting of a converted barn at Glebe Farm in the beautiful village of Astbury, Congleton.
Pregnancy yoga, baby massage, baby yoga, toddler yoga, tweens and teens dedicated classes, plus many hatha and vinyasa and hot yoga classes throughout the week with a team of passionate, knowledgeable teachers.
Victoria- I created the Yoga Tree to offer Yoga to everyone. I teach weekly vinyasa and hatha yoga classes that are thoughtfully themed and layered with music, essential oils, massage and assists for you to enjoy a sensory yoga experience. I am deeply passionate about women’s health and healing through all the stages of life and offer a continuum of yoga classes to support this journey. I trained with BIRTHLIGHT, the UKs leading teacher training organisation to instruct pre-natal , post-natal , mother and baby and nurturing baby massage . Alongside pregnancy yoga, I run childbirth preparation for a positive birth workshops and hypnotherapy for pregnancy and birth, along with postnatal support classes.
Our intention at the Tree is simple- for every yogi to leave feeling good…energised, renewed and relaxed!

I’ve been going to the yoga tree studio cheshire located in the little town of Astbury at glebe farm for 3 years now and it’s an amazingly beautiful place to practice yoga even if you’re a beginner or advanced yogi. Vicky and many of the teachers at the trees are amazingly friendly and there’s a wide variety of class from hatha for beginners to vinyasa, hot yoga and then baby and pregnancy. The one thing I do love about coming to the yoga tree studio though is the surrounding countryside away from busy town life and traffic. Parking is free to which is a bonus! Would highly recommend that you visit the yoga tree and give it a try!
