Infinite Dimensions Yoga

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to click on my listing.
I am a Viniyoga teacher working in Hemel Hempstead. I came to Viniyoga as my teacher had the skills to adapt the yoga practice for me when I had just had an operation a few years ago, as my strength and flexibility improved I decided I wanted to teach Viniyoga too.
Viniyoga is different from other styles in that:

It links the breath and movement
You move in and out of postures/asana before you stay in them so your body becomes used to the movement it is required to do
The sequencing prepares for or eases the strain of the asana that come before or after.
The practice is adaptable so there are easier and more challenging versions of each asana to fit your level of practice.

I teach an holistic practice so as well as asana, each class will also explore pranayama and meditation. Our class themes and topics help us to understand more about yoga philosophy as we practice.
