Cheryl James  qualified as as Yoga teacher with the British Wheel Of Yoga, with an interest in both Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. She teaches adults and children including Family Yoga and Yoga for Pregnancy. She also gives  1 to 1 sessions with Yoga as Therapy
She is presently teaching two general Yoga classes at the Borders General Hospital in the Chaplaincy Centre and will be joining the teachers at The Yoga Mill to provide a Yin  Yoga class and a Family Yoga class for pre school age children for under fives alongside their parents/carers.
