Qi Gong & Yoga Ayrshire

Yoga Teacher in Symington, Ayrshire and Arran

I currently teach Qi Gong and Dru Yoga.  Both have similarities in that they both focus on the breath, mindful movements and visualisation.
I was introduced to Qi Gong in 2015, and was blown away by the effects it has had on my health, since then I have been hooked and have spent a lot of time studying and finding out as much as I can on the subject.  In 2015 I decided now was the time to share what I had learned, in the hope that others can feel the benefit of this wonderful ancient form of exercise and healing.  Many of the moves shall be slow, and mostly gentle, however as you progress through Qi Gong you will realise that your entire body will have received a stretch from toes to head, your internal energies will be flowing much easier, and blockages will be removed.  People come along to Qi Gong for various reasons, the gentle exercise, the mindful and meditative practice or, like me to cultivate energy and provide our body and its internal organs the much needed energy they need to sustain us and fight disease and illness.

I am also currently studying Dru Yoga, is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuventate your whole being.
