Hi, I’m Nat and I teach Hatha Yoga in Hitchin which I call everyone yoga. I truly believe anyone can do yoga and the benefits are huge even for beginners or those with limited mobility. I’ll always modify to help all my students where needed and have a relaxed, informal and friendly style in all my classes. I teach in a community centre and the group is very welcoming and friendly.
