With my approach to yoga, you will help your body to be the best it can be at any age. This comes from a position of self-care and love. Over time, you will develop a different, healthier relationship with your body and your mind. Yoga’s holistic, whole-person approach can be truly transformative here.
I offer Hatha, Yin and Chair yoga classes in and around the beautiful city of Winchester, Hampshire. I also teach private one-to-one yoga online, in my Winchester home studio and outdoors. Please refer to the classes page on my website for the Spring/Summer 2021 schedule.
I am a fully insured and registered yoga teacher with the Independent Yoga Network (IYN). My initial teaching qualification was awarded by Wingrove Yoga School/ FRYOG, 1984 (Distinction); more recently I gained the higher level Yoga Teaching Diploma qualification through Real Yoga, Ledbury, 2017.
I also hold a Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching, Bristol Business School, UWE and Bristol Centre for Mentoring and Coaching, 2016 (Distinction) and a PhD from the School of Management, University of Bath, 2008.
