Diletta Varlese is running a 1 day dynamic workshop Saturday 6th October at Falmouth Yoga Space. A tantra philosophy meditation and series of asanas workshop. £70 for the day. Diletta is an energetic yoga teacher who runs workshops and training courses and weekly yoga classes from her studio in northern Italy. This will be her first UK trip and she is looking forward to sharing her unique blend of yoga, tantra, meditation and asanas with you.
