We mix games, breathing exercises, partner yoga poses and have lots of fun. We welcome ages 3yrs to adult.

A really fun class, My daughter’s had great fun. The class gets everyone involved. My girls kept doing the yoga poses at home. I would definitely recommend it to families.
Really enjoy this class! The teacher is great and so is the atmosphere.
My children have a lot of fun with the games and exercises and we even try to practice some of the yoga poses learned in the classes with each other at home.

This is a great way to start the weekend and spend time together as a family. I take my husband and 11 year old, but there are kids as young as 2. The teacher is warm and friendly and makes everyone feel at home.
We’ve been to two of these sessions now and had so much fun. My kids love it, I have two boys aged 7 and 10 and they chose this over football. I also enjoyed being able to join in rather than sitting waiting for them to finish an activity. It’s a good mix of games and yoga moves that make it feel more fun than excercise, but I definitely knew I’d had a work out the next day!
