My weekly classes are on Fridays at 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm in Shaftesbury Hall, Herbert Road near Bowes Park overground station in Bounds Green, N11.

The classes are suitable for all levels and are not too demanding (it’s Friday after all!). Come and practice with me to let go of the tension from the whole week and start your weekend a little bit more grounded, aligned and relaxed.
Shaftesbury Hall is a recently opened community hall and North London Samaritans Centre in the heart of Bounds Green (just by Bowes Park overground station). We have a beautiful large space with full central heating to practice in. Mats are provided and there are bathroom facilities.

I attended Julia’s class last Friday and enjoyed it very much. The location is new, airy and clean and the yoga poses were varied but basic and well explained which made for a very comfortable hour. Can’t wait for this week’s session! 🙂
