Lindsay (owner of Cherry Tree Yoga) teaches group classes from her studio. The studio offers a serene and tranquil environment for people of all ages and all walks of life to come together and to enjoy practising yoga. Classes are delivered with a healthy dose of humour and a large dose of compassion. Wherever you are on your yoga journey; from complete beginner to advanced yogi, you will be made to feel welcome.
Cherry Tree Yoga offers; flowing alignment based Vinyasa classes, Yin Yoga, Yoga for cyclists and Pregnancy Yoga. Lindsay also offers private 1:1 sessions, workshops and corporate yoga sessions.
