I am a qualified 500hour yoga teacher,
And registered senior yoga alliance teacher,
I teach a Vinyasa flow style of yoga for all levels & incorporate Yin Yoga into the classes,
I have gained all my training & experience in India, with various trips throughout the last 10years, furthering my knowledge,
I am also working a qualified Yin yoga teacher
I have been working as a Beauty/Holistic therapist and Reflexologist for 17 yrs,
so through that experience my style of yoga encompasses a holistic outlook for complete wellbeing, with a dynamic flow, incorporating Yin Yoga to bring balance.
I also hold workshops which I like to introduce philosophy, teaching the sutras of Patanjali also Ayurveda knowledge.
