I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga Therapist, cYs approved Teacher & Therapy Practitioner and hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. I have been practicing for almost 20 years and teaching since 2005. Currently I am running:
Women only classes – focusing on body, breath and mind
Chair yoga – making yoga accessible for all
Yoga for Stroke Survivors – rehabilitation sessions
As well as 1:1 yoga (therapy) sessions
These take place in , Park Street, Radlett and surrounding areas.
l am also a Theta Healing & Quantum Being Practitioner and believe in promoting emotional well-being through awareness and attentiveness.
