Yoga with Safia

Hatha Yoga for all in Bodle Street Green, Lewes and Eastbourne. I have been facilitating yoga in a variety of venues since 2012, including my longest running Let-go-of-the -week class at 10am on Fridays at the beautiful Yoga Life Studio in Eastbourne. (Since the pandemic, this class continues to also be available online via Zoom to those who would prefer not to attend in person). Classes are gentle, with optional modification suggestions, making yoga available to all and incorporating breath work, energising stretches and relaxation. I have over the years delivered yoga to a health retreat, a leisure centre, a mental health unit, and a senior citizens group on a regular basis in addition to my own classes.
I also run occasional Bollywood Dance workshops; a mix of Bollywood dance and yoga stretches, with the main emphasis being having fun, rather than perfect steps!
