Yoga Teacher in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
For anyone wanting a friendly, supportive classes I currently have Flow classes in Little Aston (Sunday’s at Little Aston Village Hall @ 3.00 pm) and at Sutton Coldfield Girls School (Wednesday @ 6.30 pm – STARTING 1 APRIL 2020).
I also offer 1-1 within your own home and run Seniors yoga in a local Retirement Village.

Biog on me:
Having worked in the NHS for many years, I retrained as a yoga teacher by a most wonderful Zen Buddhist monk.
I’m not the most bendy or spiritual person but practising yoga is a joy. I enjoy a fun, informal practice that helps me be kind to my self. Yoga slows you down in a world that goes so fast – even if you practice the fast stuff!
