Welcome to Yoga with Kensey. Yoga for everyone, yoga for you. Here, everyone is included.
This is a playful space where we move, breathe and laugh together. We are serious about feeling good but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Let’s dance into the world of yoga together.
Live on Zoom. Suitable for all abilities and ages including children. Share, bring your family and friends along, the more the merrier.
We have a weekly schedule, released every Sunday via our newsletter. You can count on your weekly SUNDAZE class every week, 5pm (London). It’s a free 30 minute class, this is a great space for anyone who is a little unsure of what yoga is or if it’s for them, we move slowly and have fun learning about the basics whilst finding the best way to move for you!
In addition to our SUNDAZE class, each week there are two 45 minute weekday classes. These two classes are donation based. You can find more information on the classes, timings and dates via this link;
Yoga with Kensey also offers customised classes for groups, events or special occasions. Please reach out if you’d like a class on a different day or time and we can arrange something juicy just for you!

We’ve been doing Yoga with Kensey since the beginning of lockdown and o don’t know how we we would have got through it without her!! I do her classes as an individual on Tuesday and Thursdays but my children often get involved, my 6 year old son loves the restorative yoga on a Thursday and my 4 year old daughter enjoys the flow of her Sunday classes. It’s easy enough for them to get involved but I can choose her more challenging poses and still feel the good ache of a class well done!! We’re so pleased we discovered this and look forward to it continuing in the future!!
