I offer yoga classes in Ben Rhydding, West Yorkshire, by the methods of Open Yoga. Open Yoga school is a classic yoga school. We help people to find their own right way of performing the exercises. The only criterion of “correctness” is the feeling of inner harmony and joy during the practice.
Therefore I don’t make anyone to twist into a pretzel or to stand on your ears as this is not the purpose of yoga practice. All achievements will come in the process of learning yoga, if we follow the principle of harmony. Yoga is natural and it is embedded into our body structure.
