As a qualified teacher with the Yoga Alliance having trained under the influence of Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Lisa’s personal journey has seen her practising regularly with her own Jivamukti teacher as well as taking a softer and ‘do whatever makes you feel good’ approach to her own home practise.

Offering students the traditional aspects of yoga whilst making it modern and approachable for all levels and ages, Lisa likes to teach her students to breathe easy, find softness and move in every direction wherever and whenever you can.

Lisa is currently undertaking a Strala teacher training. Strala is a modern and unique style that guides you to feeling and exploration by combining yoga and elements of Tai Chi.
