There are so many reason's why our Yoga Foundation Course might be right for you. The course gives you practical tools and techniques to help you to be strong and healthy in mind and body. These are tools I use myself in my day to day life. Investing in your own health and wellbeing gives you the energy to help those around you.

Throughout the modules we teach you yoga postures, pranayama and meditation techniques to build a regular self practice. Know more about how the body works and the organs which at different times need different attention. Our home health habits give you access to new levels of energy and improved immunity. As well as NLP techniques (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for personal development.

Overall this 100hrs, 50 taught online via Zoom + 50 guided self practice over 15 weeks should leave you feeling healthier and fitter with a better knowledge of how to maintain a full long-term practice. The course is designed so that you have 3 weeks between each module to practice what you have learned. see full course dates at the end)

5 training days -10-4.00pm on zoom
2 x 30 min mentor sessions
12 months access to the Yoga Foundation Website
Course work book and Deconstructing Yoga book
Free access to Yoga classes on zoom throughout the course
