LIVE YIN YANG YOGA

At just 30 minutes long, I have designed these sessions to fit into your busy schedule. Based on the ancient Chinese principle of yin and yang, the classes incorporate both the passive, meditative side of yoga with the more active and dynamic. This gives you the chance to relax, energise and re-balance, feeling ready to move on to the next part of your day.

My name is Vicky and I teach functional rather than aesthetic yoga, encouraging you to focus on what you feel in your body rather than the shapes you are making. My classes are suitable for all levels, ages and sizes, and beginners are particularly welcome.
