About AnitaGreenYoga – Live Online Hatha Yoga Classes on Zoom

Mondays and Wednesdays 19:00 - 20:30. Classes are run monthly in 4 week blocks. For details please contact me or visit www.anitagreenyoga.freeindex.co.uk
New students are welcome to join my monthly Zoom classes. I will send you information by email on how to access Zoom if you are new to it.

I ask that all students complete a registration form online before joining a class.

I run the classes in monthly 4 week blocks on Mondays and Wednesdays 19:00 – 20:30.

Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer for the 4 weeks to confirm your place.

I email receipt of fees received and then send you a weekly invite for each class with a passcode protected link for you to join the class.

The classes are mixed ability classes 90 minutes long and consist of physical exercises which strengthen and tone the body and increase flexibility and mobility, as well as some breathing, relaxation and concentration exercises. Numbers are limited therefore you will need to register to book your place.
