YIN YANG YOGA
Based on the ancient Chinese principle of yin and yang, the classes incorporate both the passive, meditative side of yoga with the more active and dynamic. This gives you the chance to relax, energise and re-balance, feeling ready to move on to the next part of your day.

These classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

ENJOYED THE YIN YOGA PART & WANT TO DO MORE?
I hold Yin Yoga classes on Thursdays and monthly 90 minute workshops on Sundays. These are held via Zoom, so your experience is more interactive and personalised. Check my events for details.

My name is Vicky and I teach functional rather than aesthetic yoga, encouraging you to focus on what you feel in your body rather than the shapes you are making. I am a certified 200-hr teacher in Yin Yoga & Anatomy, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
