About Beginners/Intermediate Ashtanga

Ashtanga, first series. A set sequence which is great for asana (pose) progression. Once you learn the sequence you can begin to focus on each pose to build strength and flexibly in the body.
A strong practice with pose variations offered to cater for most body types.
90 minute online class.
