About Chair Yoga Online Class

This class is for people who may find a general class challenging. It involves mostly chair based stretching and strengthening techniques. Adapted classical yoga postures. The option for some standing work and some floor based work. Some breathing practice and relaxation.
It is useful to have a yoga mat, small ball, a strap, resistance band, two chairs. A blanket for relaxation.
