About Mindfulness Class

A live online mindfulness meditation class you can do from home, on Zoom.
30 mins of guided practice followed by optional 15 min Q+A / chat.
Suitable for beginners and those more experienced.

We will practice various types of mindfulness meditation, including very gentle movement (which can be done standing or sitting), mindfulness of breath and body, and other practices to cultivate steadiness, resilience, balance and self-compassion; plus the option to have a bit of supportive discussion afterwards.
