Dynamic Hatha Yoga

I have been studying and practising Hatha Yoga for 40yrs. I teach Dynamic Hatha Yoga , all levels and ages. I also teach 1-2-1 for those with health problems, injuries or those that prefer to do their Yoga in the comfort of their own home/work.
