About Flow to Yin
A TWO HOUR WORKSHOP
You will make your way through a series of sun salutations and a gentle flow sequence into a luxurious yin practise, holding poses for longer than usual, finishing in a quiet relaxation and meditation. An opportunity for you to develop your own practise in an accessible way.
The session is open to all levels and costs £15.
The venue is fully Covid 19 compliant and social distancing will be in place with sanitisation and ventilation.
