About Forrest Yoga – Saturday 10 Am

A class open for everyone to build strength, calming the mind, with intensity that is right for you and detail instructions for longevity of the practice.

Expect the cardio rises as we practice, the immense understanding of breath and mind working together through the body. Expect the abs work as we warming up, and the play of the poses we are working together by edges of the practice. Expect the escalation of the movement and the breath that doesn’t spike up - but instead steady carrying to your way up to the tip of the practice.

There is no guarantee of an instant result, but there is guarantee that in those commitment of practices - it will show in how the musculature build and toned, and flexibility improved, and the steadiness of the mind and the well-being.
