A small class to allow more space and time to focus on each individual student. Suitable for people who may require or prefer a gentler practise

Scaravelli inspired Yoga to rediscover your body's natural movement, to release unnecessary effort and tension in the body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, comfortable and grounded.

This mindful Yoga class focuses techniques to strengthen, stabilise and improve healthy range of movement in the joints, whilst calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.
