About Gentle Mindful Hatha Yoga

Scaravelli inspired Yoga to rediscover your body's natural movement, to release unnecessary effort and tension in the body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, comfortable and grounded.

A gentle mixed ability class for people who may require or prefer a gentler practise. This mindful Yoga class focuses techniques to strengthen, stabilise and improve healthy range of movement in the joints, whilst calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.
