I’m a calm, compassionate teacher. I’ve been teaching yoga for 6 years and practicing for 16 years. I teach at various studios and gyms in central London, and enjoy teaching all levels including beginners. I have experience of teaching people with various health conditions and am currently studying for a Yoga Therapy diploma (300 hours).

I look forward to meeting you and helping you enjoy, explore and find ease in this wonderful practice.

I also offer monthly Yin yoga workshops (typically the last Saturday afternoon of each month) and one-to-one sessions – Hatha, dynamic or Restorative yoga. Please get in touch for more details.
